Oh, what great and glorious news. Yes, you are funny enough for me. I can also tell you that the "I don't care" juice I had before my last surgery prompted a wonderful recount of Psalm 23. Why do I have to be drugged to have such a mountain top experience? It is still dear to me even if I was loopy at the time.

I've been missing you...I think Mom told me that you were sick but I thought it was a cold. This is definitely not a cold. Thank goodness for your sweeteeee MIL. Oh MY!! I faithfully check in on your blog EVERY DAY, and the one and only weekend I'm so busy to even turn on the computer.....THIS!!! I'm so sorry that you are having to go through this.....but I just KNOW you'll be fine!! I will be praying for you consistently as you make your way through your recovery!! And what a relief to have that NERF BALL outta there!! So you're growing extra parts...and now they are just going in after it and throwin it out. I have some extra things growing on me too. Weird that way. Be a good patient. I wish I could be there to bring you a Mocha Frappachino!!

I know you know this but Who deemed this sickness best for you? Your loving Heavenly Father. As our pastor says, "Everything, everything, everything is forever Father-filtered. You can rest in those Everlasting Arms.
Can't you count some days as sick days, just like if your children were in a school?

I think the Lord has given me so many "empty" days to force me to really have the time to take inventory in my life. Without being forced to, I probably wouldn't really have the time (or make the time :) to reflect on the things that I need to just toss out of my life and those areas that I need to really shore up and tighten up for Him!!
